This isn’t pure coincidence, we’ve established various actions to maintain our employees well-being. Here are several examples:
Flexibility
In order to preserve a great balance between personal and professional life, we allow employees to have a flexible week between presence and teleworking days.
Profit-sharing
A portion of the annual company’s profits is equally shared among all employees (regardless of their salary), based on their presence time during the past year.
Nursery
Obeo contributes (financially) and helps you find a place in a nursery for your children. We know it can be quite hard and stressful so if it can ease your mind, then it’s all good.
Sport
Obeo funds sports sessions so that you can have physical activity during your lunch break
or internal events with your
colleagues.
Fruits & Chocolate
At Obeo, we have a deep love for chocolate, so we always find an excuse to bring some to the office. But if you wish to stay in shape, we also offer fresh local fruits.
Stand-up desk
Spending a whole day sitting in front of your computer can cause back problems. To vary positions and prevent back pain, you can ask for an electric height-adjustable desk.

Nice desks that you can customize, a cozy break room with bean bags, a sofa, some video games as much as tabletop games, and even a big TV!
Obeocussions
Several times a month, employees who wish to can freely present a topic of their choice (a work project summary, a personal passion, etc).
