Generation improvements & addition of a demonstration example.

Key features:

• Generation of clusters per Component involved in the Functional Chain, allowing to set the
  multiplicity on them instead of on Functions
• Addition of Custom Process, allowing to automatically link a Custom Process Class to a
  Component and its instances (if multiplied)
• Storage of simulation data in snapshots

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue with the Generate and Run action when called from the simulation model
