You want to develop large enterprise business in an international environment?
You are a good listener with a strong ability to understand clients’ needs and challenges?
You enjoy teamwork to solve complex engineering issues?
You can communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and decision-makers?
You like proposing innovative solutions with agility in decision-making?
You will be responsible for developing Obeo’s client base across Europe (excluding France).
You will be the main point of contact for prospects, clients, and partners across all company offerings, with an initial focus on the MBSE offering.
We will support you in building knowledge of the engineering methods associated with our products and development services so you can deliver a credible, value-driven message to clients.
• Prospecting (conferences, trade shows, LinkedIn, inbound marketing, networking, tenders)
• Qualifying prospects (needs assessment, decision drivers, presenting offers)
• Organizing pre-sales (coordinating proposal responses, drafting quotations)
• Closing deals (negotiation, overcoming objections, removing barriers)
• Managing and growing accounts (in coordination with operations, increasing revenue), handling a portfolio of approximately 40 clients, including 5 strategic accounts, in an Account Manager role
• Contributing to offer development (gathering product feedback and business kit needs, proposing action plans for your territory as a Business Developer).
As you can see, this position requires 360° ownership of the role making your day-to-day work exciting if you enjoy exploring new horizons.
What we would really like you to master: selling engineering software or IT development service projects, managing relationships with large enterprise clients, and international sales.
If you have the following knowledge, it’s a plus: MBSE (Capella, Arcadia, SysML), engineering tools (PLM, CAE, CAD, Safety, ALM…), Enterprise Architecture, modeling, Inbound Marketing, Open Source, and CRM usage.

• Required language: Fluent English (comfortable, smooth conversations)
• Optional languages: German or French
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales within a consulting firm or software publisher
• Salary: Based on profile, attractive variable compensation, regular career progression
• Contract: Permanent (CDI)
• Location: Nantes, Toulouse, Germany, Netherlands, other European countries, remote possible
